1. Returns

Due to the homemade and perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns.

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

Any return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after we verify that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for products that are damaged or defective.

The replacement product will be sent once the original product is received and verified.
